Perfect to go with your CMP correct or collector grade M1 Garand!
The Collector source has located a large stash of excellent condition M1 Garand slings straight from Government surplus. Most all of the slings appear to be little used, if used at all. for the most part they appear to be unused. Several of the slings are marked with "MRT 1952" meaning that they were treated with a chemical for mildue resistance in 1952. The hardware on these slings in is excellent condition and so is the webbing. There are some very good fake slings being made in china and other parts of the world.
