Using the Shopping Cart System:
1. Browse the site, choose the quantity of items, and click the "Ad to Cart" link under any in-stock item to load it into your cart.
2. Continue shopping and add as many items as you'd like.
3. Check the contents of your cart anytime, by clicking on "Your Cart".
4. Change the number of items in your cart by editing the Quantity column, and clicking the "Update Quantity" button.
5. Click "Check Out" when you're ready to check out.

Shipping
All orders are shipped USPS Priority mail. Orders will be processed in a timely fashion. The Collector Source is a family run, small business. We strive to ship most orders the following day, however please allow up to three days to process orders. Insurance is required on all stocks and is included in the shipping cost at no extra expense to the customer.
I have shipped over 600 HRA and SA collector stocks to date using the United States Postal Service. Only two have been damaged during shipping during that time. USPS paid on claims to both customers. If you receive an item damaged during shipment, keep all packing material, damaged items and documents. These will be needed by USPS to process the claim.

Refund Policy
We do our best to offer accurate descriptions and excellent, detailed pictures of each item for sale. This site is owned and operated by collectors, for collectors. As collectors, we realize that "we collect what we like".
The Collector Source offers a three day inspection period on all items from the date the item is received by the purchaser. If dissatisfied for any reason, return the item in the same condition as received, (Insurance recommended) with a copy of the packing slip/receipt and receive a refund for the purchase price of the item minus a 10% restocking/return fee. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. There are no refunds on any shipping charges or costs.

**12/28/2010** As of now we will charge a 10% restocking fee on returned items. Unfortunately our unconditional full refund policy has been taken advantage of and will have to cease. More than one person lately has ordered three and four stocks just to return all but one after they looked them over.

The Collector Source assumes no liability or responsibility for the use of any product sold and will not be held liable or responsible for any injury or lawsuit resulting from the use or misuse of any of our products. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and our recommendation to have a qualified licensed insured gunsmith check and install any rifle component or accessory sold by us and then ONLY in rifles in good working order that have been thoroughly checked and deemed certified safe by the qualified licensed insured gunsmith. Ordering constitutes agreement to all terms stated above.

NO FIREARMS OR RECEIVERS ARE CARRIED OR SOLD BY THE COLLECTOR SOURCE. THE FIREARMS PICTURED ARE NOT FOR SALE, AND ARE ONLY FOR DEMONSTRATION.

The Collector source website is a family operated, side business. My wife and I work full time jobs and operate the website in the evenings. M1 Garand stocks, salvaged carbine parts, and different items will be put on a few at a time as they are salvaged/photographed because of limited time constraints. Existing orders and shipping will take priority over adding new items and answering emails. Due to severe time constraints, and the large volume of orders and emails, requests by phone or email for specific parts or general questions may go unanswered. Emails or calls concerning problems with an order received by the customer will have priority over all other contacts.
