It appears that they were put away for storage. The blued finish under the black grease appears to be 100% on the ones I have cleaned. They have an "R" marked on the stacking swivel. The band includes the screw and stacking swivel.
One of these would be perfect to restore your 1903A3. I do not have many. Order today.
