These are M3A1 tools for the M1 Garand, 1903 & 1903A3 rifles.
These appear to be in good, usable condition with some light finish wear. They have a coating of dark colored grease

These are marked "S" This particular type was made during WWII by Stuart Engineering and Mfg. Company.
